We do Not allow any of the homes in our communities to be rented short term for Airbnb or any other "Vacation Rental".
100% is dedicated to providing a new opportunity for existing locals to stay local and give you a growing tax base.
Because subdividing can be a long and arduous process, we have adopted a CO_OP ownership model to support growth and value for our communities.
This eliminates subdividing.
Investors may purchase a home and membership and rent it out, but it must be for a long term rental and benefit a family that currently lives in your area.
Because our community members own their house and have a legal claim to the land their home sits on, our residents have true ownership and become an asset to your town. At any time a Community Member may sell their membership and or home to any qualified buyer.
